Gee… anybody want to guess? I am extremely uncreative with this sort of thing. “Connie” is my first name and “96” is the year my husband and I married. Incidentally, 1996 was also our first ever Disney trip since we went to WDW for our honeymoon.
My username is the same across several websites and if I were signing up on another one today, I’d still use it as long as it’s not already taken. I know it’s boring but, honestly, I don’t mind boring.
July 18, 2017 at 7:25 am #39271I love Figment; I have adored him since I first saw him in 1994 (I loved his original incarnation). I am very left-brained and literal; Figment helps to remind me I need to use my imagination and think outside the box. Most of the time, my avatar is a Mickey head with Figment inside, but I like showing my little guy off.
July 18, 2017 at 8:24 pm #39452My screen name is pretty straightforward as well. I’m from Rhode Island (postal abbreviation RI), I collect(or did, not so much anymore) Disney Pins, and of course… I’m a guy. RIDisneyPinGuy, there it is.
July 26, 2017 at 8:44 am #41088Well, mine is not so creative either. But I chose it because when DD was growing up I was always referred by her friends as “Emma’s dad”. I think there are some friends that still don’t know my real name :p
July 26, 2017 at 9:21 am #41101I think my username probably speaks to everyone here on dcot
:mickey:August 3, 2017 at 7:27 am #42491Well, mine is pretty obvious…I’m Dana and I’m that girl that everyone says, “If you’re going on a Disney trip, you should talk to Dana, she goes all the time!” lol It’s been my email address for years so it’s pretty stuck but if I could change it, It would probably be “LunasAunt” because I got my first niece 2 and half years ago and I am OBSESSED! Her mother is a big reader and a teacher and wanted to name her daughter after a literary heroine….Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter won over Scarlett. OR I’d steal StupidJudy because it’s the BEST. NAME. EVERRRR! lol
September 10, 2017 at 12:44 pm #48114Supernee was a nickname started in high school. I have always been a huge Superman fan, and when I got the Super “S” tattooed to the small of my back, my fate was sealed. The nickname isn’t really used anymore, but it is on my car’s license plate and the user name I use for all online gatherings. It has only been taken in ‘Words with Friends’ and PokemonGO. Sidebar: I get super annoyed, territorial, and offended when someone else is using it!
September 24, 2017 at 12:35 pm #49796My name is Charles, but it sounds too stuffy and boring, so I like the nickname Chuck.
I like a lot of Disney characters, but my all-time favorite is Goofy, so…Goofyfan_Chuck
Plus, it’s my twitter name, so it’s easy to remember, and for folks on this site to find me there. ^___^
September 29, 2017 at 1:21 pm #50464Mine is my family nickname “Magpie” and SM is my job title initials since I’m a Stage Manager. I love what I do and the combination makes it easy to remember! Since I just joined, I’m not quite to the point of wishing I changed it just yet!
December 13, 2017 at 11:15 pm #59071Love this thread! Anyone need to add their screen name meaning?
October 17, 2018 at 4:26 pm #91618Mine is not Disney related at all. When my son joined cub scouts, I was asked to be leader and I needed a scouting email to keep everything easy. His pack was 52 so I became scoutmom52 and even though he decided to drop out of scouts, I still use it for everything (except PokemonGo – it was already taken ).
October 17, 2018 at 4:43 pm #91619I didn’t know about this thread until @Scoutmom52 resurrected it! Thanks Scoutmom!
I’m glad I got to read through all these! It’s fun!
Mine screen name is no big whoop. My name is Sarah. My husband’s name is Joe. The 37 is a bit more interesting. My dad was a jokester and he’d drive my sister and I crazy with silly answers to things. His most common one was to answer “37” to anything. “dad, can i go to ___ house?” “37”. “dad, whats for supper?” “37”. The like. My dad passed away last year and I have carried forward the 37 torch and am annoying my husband and kids with it.

I did not know that and am very sorry to hear about your father passing away. That is a fantastic way to honor him and keep him in your, your family’s, and our memories!
October 17, 2018 at 9:41 pm #91654AnonymousInactiveXPMine is not Disney related either. I earned my Eagle Scout rank in 1990. Pretty simple. I originally had a different forum name but it was Army affiliated so I asked Steve to change it.
