May 7th: My lunchtime gym workout yesterday was cut short because I forgot I had a phone call at 1:00!
30 min treadmill incline hike, 50 chest press, 50 seated rows, 30 pushups.
Today HOPEFULLY I can get in a full workout!
May 8, 2019 at 4:54 pm #109715Well today I thought I was going to rest, I saw the forecast and tomorrow it’s supposed to rain all day so I walked today for 45 minutes trying not to bring my heart rate above 110-120
3.5 miles
17.45 minutes a mileMay 8, 2019 at 8:00 pm #109724Oh no @acamm! I hate it when that happens! Hoping today was better for you!
Dang @breesmommy5! Great job! I’m never going to catch you.
May 8, 2019 at 8:51 pm #109725First day of May I didn’t hit 10k. Rained all day!
May 8, 2019 at 10:16 pm #109727@jamiedawn27 BOOO! stupid rain.
May 9, 2019 at 8:00 am #109734May 8th…………………. 30 min treadmill at a random incline…. pushups, med ball slams, bicep curls, squats, jumpingjacks, crunches, jumprope, and stretches….. it was a good day!
May 9, 2019 at 8:26 am #109741Ugh, so sorry about the rain @jamiedawn27.
Great job @acamm! Killing it girl!
May 9, 2019 at 11:43 am #109795I’m late to the party
May snuck up on me and I couldn’t decide what goal to set for this month. I was going to go with diet accountability but I have a vacation in less than 2 weeks so that would be a guaranteed fail
instead I’m trying to push myself to achieve 10,000 steps a day.
May 13, 2019 at 9:07 am #109960so my goal of increasing my steps has been seriously helped by working at my friend’s restaurant on the weekends, especially challenging is that her kitchen is up a flight of stairs. Well we were so busy Saturday that I passed my 10,000 steps around 730 and by 11 my fit-bit was telling me I was an “over achiever”
but I am just so happy to be up and moving again, and its inspiring me to do more during the week too. once I can get my portion control back under control
maybe i will start feeling better again
May 13, 2019 at 5:31 pm #109997May 13, 2019 at 6:34 pm #110002Great job @warrsm! That is so awesome! You’re doing fantastic!
Nice take it easy day @breesmommy5! You did great! I’m so done with this cold!May 14, 2019 at 10:11 am #110019@breesmommy5 That’s taking it easy?!
@warrsm Way to go!I don’t know why but I’m the same, the food part is harder for me than the exercising part
May 14, 2019 at 10:20 am #110021@nascfan and @starbee thanks!! yea for me the food control has always been an issue. If its something I love I just can’t stop myself…which usually translates to pasta and cheeses and heaven knows that is not a great choice
hoping the more progress I see and the better I start to feel it will encourage me to behave in the other aspects of overall wellness as well
“keep moving forwards” (albeit a little slowly
)
May 14, 2019 at 10:24 am #110022@warrsm one step at a time. Just keep taking that next step, that’s all you’ve got to do. Of course, now I want some pasta and cheese!
May 14, 2019 at 10:26 am #110023I’m really sad that Mother’s Day ruined my 10,000 step streak
the day just disappeared. Laundry, church, picked up more food for the pups, meal prep, then sitting around all afternoon with family. I thought I’d at least have time to walk the dogs but we got home at 8:30pm!
