This speakeasy is nothing short of hidden, as it’s name suggests. If you don’t keep an eye out for it, you could miss it. The menu was lacking with not many vegetarian options. Katie, the manager, chatted with us for 10 minutes about how they are trying to cater the menu to guest’s feedback. One of them is coming up with a gourmet vegetarian option.
@Chelle got the caprese and I got the soup. The food was good so I can only imagine what the other plates would taste like. I would like to give this another try.
The prices were $$$$. An entree goes from $15 for a salad to $42 for a filet. The average price was $25.
My suggestion is to wait to eat there until they flesh out the menu. But definitely walk in and check out the atmosphere. They have a bar you can hang out at and enjoy a drink.
Dang @steve , that stinks about the limited menu. Thanks for the advice about waiting to eat there!! I’m glad I read this before we are there next week. We probably will still go for a drink though. Right @cammelot ??!
Reminds me of Carthay. The restaurant itself is yummy but very $$$$. They do have the lounge downstairs that I HIGHLY recommend if you are ever out this way
I definitely think a is in order @Acamm but I dont know if I would eat there yet because of the menu. I would have several options it seems, but @Acamm wouldn’t. I have seen the videos of the restaurant, I just want to see it with my own eyes!
