    I get sound on the laptop, just not on the phone. I’ve tried Chrome and the built in Samsung browser and no sound from either one. Sound works fine through the old web player. I haven’t had a chance to try it on an iPhone yet. I will let you know.

    I get no sound on my Galaxy S6 using firefox. It was working as I had listened to it the other day, but since the site crash it’s not been working for me.

    It’s good that someone else with the same phone is having the issue. I just tested it on my iPhone in Safari and it works. I don’t have a Samsung Galaxy S6 to test it on so this might make it difficult for me to troubleshoot but I will do my best based on the feedback you lovely folks provide. :ears:

    UPDATE: I have tested on an iPhone with Safari and it worked fine. I also tried an old Samsung Galaxy S4 and no sound on that either. How odd.

    I downloaded Firefox and tried that but still no sound on my Galaxy S6.

    Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh… I just had time to try to text this out… and of COURSE I also have the Galaxy S6… and there is no sounds on Firefox or Chrome :angry:

    Very strange. Anyone else with an Android phone having the same issues? Weird that it is only Samsung phones having this problem, except for 10dedfish of course. LOL

    Yes. I have an Android and am having the same issues. No sound using the phone but fine on desktop.

    Mine no longer works on firefox or chrome.

    It’s very strange that it stopped working. Did you notice if it stopped working after I included the chat function? I’ll have to remove it and deploy to see if it fixes it.

    I only noticed that day after @deecuellar said her’s wasn’t working, when I texted you after that. It appears to be more widespread. I honestly don’t listen on my phone much but if you want to do that I’ll test it out for you.

    Ok, update to my update. @steve @nascfan Did some general troubleshooting this morning. The jukebox.d-cot site does not play on android on the 3 browsers I tried. If I go to the regular site on chrome and firefox it plays normally.
