Get ready for push ups next month!
I’m skipping the burpees (even modified) because it’s too complicated for my frazzled brain to figure out but I will gladly join you for the push ups!
My challenge for January is eating accountability my gastritis has been really bad over the last month so for January I’m trying to eat clean. I’m cutting out alcohol and coffee for the month

January 4, 2021 at 4:26 pm #143917@nascfan Yes and no. It was making me so sick lately that over the weekend I didn’t even want to drink it I’m still drinking caffeine (from tea) but no coffee because of the acidity.

I gained 25lbs post basic training and I’ve gained 15lbs since COVID it’s spiraled me down into a vicious cycle of “no point in eating right I’ve already gained 40 lbs” and “no point in working out, I’m eating crap so nothing will change”. I’ve got to break the cycle because I am so unhappy. I don’t take photos of myself anymore, when I see photos of me from 2 years ago I want to cry because I don’t look like that anymore and it’s all because I don’t have discipline. Not to mention I feel like complete trash from all the junk because it makes my gastritis flare up
January 7, 2021 at 4:10 pm #144012You can do this @starbee, I know you can! Don’t look at it as x number of pounds. Look at it as today. Be disciplined today. That’s all you have to do. Tomorrow, we’ll be disciplined that day. And if you fall off one day, that’s okay. The next day get right back on it. You got this! You are strong!
