I did love that ride, but then Big Thunder goes away. CoP would boot Innoventions and I am okay with that.
There is a wonderful book called Disneyland Then Now and Forever. It is a fantastic history of the rides of the park. If you do not already have it, it is worth the price
I just went on Amazon and ordered the book! Thanks!

A million times yes!
June 5, 2017 at 11:30 am #31246For me, I wouldn’t bring back a ride. Rides are fun, but what I’d bring back is of utmost importance to me. I would bring back “The World Showcase Players”. On my first trip to WDW in 2002, we were doing Epcot and I wasn’t really enjoying it. Then I watched their British comedy and I suddenly “got” Epcot. It all clicked what it was about. That’s when Epcot became my favorite park.
And can I say, I’ve not been back to WDW since they took the World Showcase Players out. Granted the main reason is money to fly to Florida (vs driving to SoCal), but without my favorite live show there, it’s not just the same going back.

I don’t even know why they got rid of them!!! And then replaced them with the world’s most boring band. When I return to Epcot one day, I may bring a protest sign with me.
June 8, 2017 at 7:43 am #32115The talk about the WS players made me think of American Vybe! Man I loved them and would rather hear them sing than Voices of Liberty. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE VoL but the upbeat modern change was really cool and they were awesome. I remember being surprised as heck when I was on my honeymoon (back when that was the fashion ) and my husband at the time said, “Oh my God, I think I know that guy!” and it turned out that one of the singers was from a show my husband played in back in Branson. They chatted for awhile and I felt like a bigshot! lol And with that in mind, who can forget Imaginique or whatever that group was called that looked like statues in Italy? That was quite possibly the neatest performing troupe that any of the parks ever had! In fact, that was the ONLY thing that made me stop and spend ANY time in the Italy pavilion.

June 10, 2017 at 7:57 am #3260420,000 Leagues Under the Sea! I remember riding it on my first visit and I thought it was the coolest thing. I went home and read the book after.
June 10, 2017 at 10:31 am #32613World of motion closed a year and a half before I first went to EPCOT.
So that would be it.
20,000 Leagues would also be good but I was on it in the late seventies so WOM gets priority.June 19, 2017 at 9:30 pm #34015The Skyway to Tomorrowland. I loved the view and the quick ride to the other side of the park
June 19, 2017 at 9:52 pm #34016So for me, it would be a ride before by time that I never not to do. Of these, I would either choose the Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes, or Mr Toads Wild Ride.
June 20, 2017 at 8:34 am #34060I’d love to ride in the Hydrolator just one more time! See a starfish on my window of the Nautilus, play with the giant tortois’s on Discovery Island, Ride with the OG Figgy and DreamFinder. I mean Horizons was cool but I never really understood the cult like following it got. I tend to march to the beat of my own drum and loved the corkscrew start to WOM! Super Star Television was a good time and a better fit than AI in my opinion. Also the Toon Bin needs to come back! No love for RR anywhere. As cheesy as it was I loved the OG Kitchen Kaberet! Would probably do better than that Circle of life film there now. Spectromagic for sure and quite possibly TON parade! A visual masterpiece.
June 20, 2017 at 8:53 am #3408520,000 Leagues was pretty cool! But that I understand why they removed. I would also bring back Food Rocks – I loved it!
Skyway fans you might just be getting that resurrected!
