    I’m the wrong person to ask because I LOVE super hero movies. I could talk comic book heroes all day. I love how all of these movies tie in together. Infinity War is going to be AWESOME!

    That said, @stupidjudy is 100% correct. Even if you’re not into all of the Marvel movies, this is a great action comedy. And hello, Chris Pratt is super easy on the eyes. Am I right ladies?!

    Yes, @stupidjudy is right, Guardians is more like an action comedy, it’s pretty different from the other Marvel movies. The characters are an unlikely group of heroes, no special powers really, they’re not even that well liked in the comic universe. It’s all about funny jokes and good music!

    @Acamm
    What’s not to like about all the man candy in Marvel movies?! ;)

    Thanks for sharing! I’m unlikely to go to Disneyland anytime soon so I was happy to see how Mission Breakout turned out!

    I think the ride is well done, the Marvel memorabilia in the queue is awesome, the Rocket animatronic also looks incredible! But I think it’s obvious in places how they just slapped new branding on the Tower of Terror. The library is obviously the ToT library with some very minor changes, same thing in the boiler room. It just looks a little weird to me, like it’s not in keeping with the story they’re trying to tell. Overall I think people will like it but I still don’t think it works as well as the Tower of Terror did. The story seems lacking in comparison, the characters don’t even speak except for Rocket and maybe a one liner from Star-Lord, and I just don’t think the whole thing works as well. But like I said, has been well produced and Guardians of the Galaxy is a popular franchise.

    @starbee the general consensus I’m getting from friends who rode it over the weekend is that it’s done really well.

    That said, I am not in no way ever, going to wait in a 300 minute line or fight my way to get a fast pass. I’ll go on it eventually but I’m in no huge rush.

    I figured it would be well received. I’m sure it’s better in person than how it seems on YouTube but that’s the closest I’ll ever get. Is that how long the line got over the weekend?

    Yeah, Saturday I was checking wait times on and off and early on it was 300 minutes then dropped to 100 but was hovering around the 180 mark mostly.

    Wow! 5 hr wait?! Don’t blame you on waiting for a later date! Not to hijack but was at Animal Kingdom this weekend and there was an Hour long queue just to get INTO Pandora…. needless to say we went in later in the day.

    I remember when the Wizarding World of Harry Potter was like that at Universal :| with that though, everyone seemed to be gone about an hour before park closing :up: I doubt the same occurred at Pandora

    Cars Land has been open for what, 4+ years now? The line is usually hovering about 60-90 minutes. I think I’ll just wait and then hit GotG when the hype dies down. We’re going in Aug and I’m sure the lines will still be insane since it’s summer. I’ll wait till we go on a random weekday in like Sept/Oct. LOL

    That sounds like a good plan, I really don’t get waiting in line for half your park time for any given day for ONE ride over in less than 5 minutes! Not worth it in my book!
