Breakfast platter at Port Orleans Riverside of waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon with a side of oatmeal with craisins. Lunch at Cosmic Ray’s of chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans plus a Burger with pulled pork on it and fries. Hand scooped ice cream sandwich from the Main Street Ice Cream Shop with cookies and cream ice cream. I think you can figure out the and !
June 25, 2017 at 6:47 pm #35289Columbia Harbour House Shrimp Mac and Cheese. And the chicken, fish and shrimp platter with green beans. The mac and cheese is super heavy and rich, my hubby barely got half way through this dish. He would have preferred it with fried shrimp instead of the steamed shrimp for texture purposes. The combo plate was delicious!
Our FAVORITE refreshing drink at Starbucks and everyone asks us what it is. It’s a Venti Green Tea Sweetened, No Water, Add Strawberry puree (it’s from the red box of puree out of their fridge). So it’s basically a strawberry green tea. So delicious as absolutely refreshing on a cold day!!June 25, 2017 at 6:53 pm #35292June 25, 2017 at 6:57 pm #35295June 25, 2017 at 7:04 pm #35298June 25, 2017 at 8:03 pm #35306Flower & Garden Florida Fresh: Carne Asada with black bean cake, cilantro lime sour cream. Loved the Carne Asada, the bean cake was a little dry but still good.
Kakigori Strawberry from Japan.
Beef and Noodle bowl from the Quick Service location in China. So good!!! We love their food! We didn’t have pot stickers this time, but those are really yummy too!June 25, 2017 at 8:06 pm #35309Germany fresh caramel corn and a Mickey Rice Krispie Treat dipped in chocolate and drizzled in caramel. Insanely good!
Polite Pig at Disney Springs: We split the pork shoulder with sweet dinner roll, sweet potato tots and coleslaw. We LOVED the food but not the coleslaw (too much vinegar for my taste). The tots were so good!! They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.June 25, 2017 at 8:11 pm #35312Desserts:
Erin McKenna’s Gluten Free Triple Chocolate Cupcake. HOLY COW, this thing is ridiculously good, you would have no clue it’s gluten free! The frosting was so good and melted in your mouth! Rich chocolate cake too! I will be getting this again in the future!
Ghiraddeli hot fudge sundae in waffle bowl with single scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream and hot fudge.Dinner:
Sunshine Seasons: Chicken, black beans and yellow rice. Pork chop with a BBQ sauce, yellow rice and corn on the cob. Both were delicious and were our dinners the night before our half marathon!June 25, 2017 at 8:16 pm #35316Pecos Bills Nacho with queso blanco and toppings bar of guacamole, sour cream and cheese! Our post race meal and so yummy!!!!
Morimoto Asia Street Food:
Pork Bao (pork belly, cucumber, lettuce and sauce in a steamed bun).
Sticky Rib.
These are our two must eat dishes on every single trip to WDW!!! They are so flavorful! It’s cheaper to go to the walk up window and grab from their options at the Street Food location than to go inside.June 25, 2017 at 8:21 pm #35320June 25, 2017 at 8:28 pm #35323Animal Kingdom
Pizzafari: Pepperoni flat bread pizza with cucumber, tomato and onion salad. Flat breads were good, but didn’t really get the cucumber salad. The flavors were okay but seemed an odd mix. We liked when you got a side salad with you flat breads here.
Flame Tree BBQ: Chicken, ribs and pulled pork combo with beans, coleslaw and jalapeno corn bread. The meat was a little dry on this visit but is normally really tasty! This is a great combo on size. I think it was around $20 and we shared it and still couldn’t finish it!June 25, 2017 at 8:30 pm #35326June 25, 2017 at 8:37 pm #35329EPCOT Flower & Garden:
The Berry Basket: Lamp chop with blackberry compote on top of a quinoa salad. My hubby loved it, I’m not a big lamb fan.
Italy Stand: Meatballs. Seriously, these are the best meatballs we’ve ever eaten! And my hubby is Italian and his grandma would make Italian from scratch! We really wanted to go back for more, but our bellies were too full.June 25, 2017 at 8:40 pm #35332June 25, 2017 at 8:41 pm #35334 -
