Wow! That sounds like such an awesome trip and experience! It sounds truly magical! I love reading about the differences in various parks around the world. I likely won’t ever travel to the international parks, so I appreciate people sharing their experiences! I love how courteous everyone behaved. It feels like a free for all madhouse at the U.S. parks anymore. I will need to go on YouTube and watch some of their rides! I haven’t looked at the new ones and it’s been years since I watched ones from Tokyo!

@steve I’m having the same birthday issue that Stacey reported. It doesn’t show me which of the birthdays are my pals.
I’ve also noticed that if I @ someone it doesn’t show up on their wall. And I noticed people tagged me but I didn’t receive any notifications and it’s not on my wall. I just happened to see it on the newsfeed.

@steve Mine did this every few months, at least. But I’ve now had it happen at least once per week on my office desktop computer. I do log-in on my phone and the desktop. But the frequency of that hasn’t changed, same frequency of being on my phone and desktop for years and years. But the frequency of the requirement to log back in has increased significantly. It just happened to me before I posted here. And it happened to me last week. And likely 1-2 weeks before that as well.

@missingwdw oh no! I’m sorry to hear your knee is still giving you such issues! Sometimes ignorance is bliss with injuries. But on the clip side, it’s helpful to know how to proceed forward! I pray the ortho has some answers and solution for you! And I truly do hope you can get back out on the running trail again one day! Thank you! I will try to remember to post when I get back into training again! I need to earn this medals!

@missingWDW I had forgotten about this thread! I’m rarely on d-cot, besides to put on background music. I haven’t really ran since March 2020 when our race got cancelled and then the next race was cancelled in November 2020. I literally lost all motivation to run and have yet to find it. I do miss running though. And I keep saying that I need to get back out there! Well, now it’s summer and we will be hitting 100* tomorrow. So we won’t cool down much overnight anymore so my opportunity will be very limited. But I am trying to convince myself to just get up early and try to give it a go! I did get out and run/walk 1 mile a week or two ago and I didn’t die! So I just need to start with slow and steady short runs to build up my endurance again. I have 2 virtual medals to still earn! They are still in their boxes in the closet. They will not be displayed until I’ve earned them. I have a 10k and a half marathon to complete. I hope others have still continued their running journey!

You guys really made the best of the day! I’m sure it was a challenge in those weather conditions! But it looks like you all had a great and fun day! And accomplished a lot in a short time. Maybe one day Ariel will enjoy Peter Pan! Just not yet! Dinner looked delicious too! Another great day!

Oh man! What a frustrating day! Your lunch looked tasty though! But it sounds like a rough day for the kids. Ugh! We haven’t been to WDW since they started Genie+. It seems to have so many issues, so expensive, and more often than it, you won’t get your monies worth. I loved our trips during covid because there were no fast pass systems of any kind! Our wait times were so short, even when full queued and crazy long lines. Since they weren’t constantly letting people “cut” in line, the line kept moving quickly! We were wrapped around Tomorrowland for Space Mountain and I think we boarded in 30 minutes or less! I’m glad you all took the afternoon and evening to relax and enjoy.

Thanks! It was good to see them! That rain was something else! Just thankful we made it home the same day! It really was a weird trip. I can’t wait for life to be normal again in all aspects. You are absolutely correct! Lots of beach trips in our future! We already have February booked for Saint Augustine to visit our friends!!!

They waffles really are so yummy! You’ve got to try to remember to get them! If Garden Grill ever opens for breakfast again, you’ve got to go there!!! They do their waffles and then serve it with a side of chocolate hazelnut dipping sauce!! It’s divine! The Jungle Cruise pics turned our great in the mist for sure! Aw! Thank you!! We do our best! Oh man! Bummer you missed the pizza window! Next time for sure! We really love staying at Pop for the Skyliner too! It’s so convenient and has great views for sure!

Thank you! It was good to see everyone! Oh too funny! We got so turned around since we went to a different security area! Glad we aren’t alone! Never allowed unsupervised! It was such a stressful connection! We were so happy to finally arrive back home! You’re welcome!!
