Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run Added to FastPass+ Beginning Feb. 19

FastPass+ reservations for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run just became available in the My Disney Experience app for those of you planning to visit on or after Feb. 19.

Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is a TIER 1 attraction along with Slinky Dog Dash. This means you can ONLY CHOOSE ONE OF THESE when making your Fast Pass+ reservations. Then, you can add additional experiences to plans, including Toy Story Mania, Alien Swirling Saucers, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Fantasmic! and more.

  1. I’m really glad they’re opening up FP for Smuggler’s Run. I understand not doing it at the outset, but it did make me nervous that they were going to take an approach more like Universal for Galaxy’s Edge specifically and either charge for FPs for that land, or make FPs available only to those staying at the Star Wars hotel. They may still do that in future but at least regular guests still have access.

    I also think these tiers are way better, although I’m a little surprised they moved both TSM and Alien SS (going to be careful how I abbreviate that one ;) ) into tier 2. There really wasn’t much point in getting any tier 2 FPs before so I think this is a good change :up:

  2. Thank goodness for the restructuring! I think these two being the tier 1’s makes sense. I’m curious what Runaway Railway will be when it gets FP. Aliens should have NEVER been a tier 1! TSMM is a good, solid ride but also tier 2 worthy in my opinion. Could have left RnRC as 1, that would have given more options for tier 1, but I’m fine with it being 2 also. I’ll just say it’s about time because Studios was a garbage park for FPs when all the rides except Star Tours was tier 1! Now if they would just eliminate tiers altogether. Let the chips or FPs fall where they may.

  3. i bet the runaway railway will be tier 1 when it opens in a few months…then there will be three in tier 1. i’m just glad this gives me a small window of chance for when i make my FPs in april. nothing better than setting the alarm early and sitting in front of my pc hitting refresh refresh refresh!!! :P

    • Fun times! LOL I bet you’re right. I think they can survive with three tier 1’s. That should spread the choices. Of course you just know RotR will go that way eventually also. Just a matter of time.

  4. I love the new tier structure at HS! Much more opportunities to try and get FPs for RnRc, ToT & TSMM. Once RotR & Runaway Railway have FPs I think they should fall into the tier 1 also. Guess we will find out how it goes when we try to make our FPs in March. :P

  5. Finally makes sense, now if they can do a single/solo rider? Runaway Railway may be on Tier 2 instead of one.
