#CastCompliment Goes A Long Way
We all look forward to our Disney trips. We count them down so we can make those advanced dining and FastPass+ reservations. When booking your trip through Off to Neverland Travel, your Magic Maker can assist you with all of your reservation needs. And if you need a stroller for your little one(s), Kingdom Strollers can provide the perfect one for you.
For the majority of your magical Disney vacation you will be interacting with Cast Members. These wonderful people working for “The Mouse” are there to assist you the best they can. Maybe you dropped your Mickey pretzel on the ground right after you purchased it; let a cast member know and they will take care of you.
Disney’s Cast Members go through some of the best training and understanding of the company’s common purpose, which they describe this way—
“We create happiness by providing the best in entertainment for people of all ages everywhere.”
Did you know that when you are experiencing something extra magical from a Disney Cast Member, you can tweet with the hashtag of “CastCompliment” and mention @WDWToday or @DisneylandToday and your compliment will make its way to that CM? They will appreciate it very much! ???????? ???????? ????????
This past weekend we were enjoying dinner at Sebastion’s Bistro and our server, David, offered us exceptional service. He was friendly, kind and had a fun time with our family. We tweeted the following and Disney printed out the tweet and hand-delivered it to David.
If you have a special moment with a Cast Member, taking the time to send out a #CastCompliment tweet mentioning @WDWToday or @DisneylandToday would be much appreciated!

This is good to know. If we are going to complain, we must also be willing to point out the good job as well

I must admit, from memory i’ve never had a complaint for any cast member. Although not have i ever made a compliment when they go above and beyond, good point Steve
