You have to maintain 100 points per achievement level. So 100 points gets you to level 1 for example. Certain activities subtract points (deleting songs from playlists, deleting comments or status updates, etc) so if you had 200 points and deleted a song from your favorites you’d be at 199 points, so back to level 1.

It’s rare, but you lose points for some actions so it’s possible.
