A conversation with a friend last night about our favorite Disney movies led to an interesting question that I thought I’d throw out to all my fellow D-Cotters. Which Disney Prince or Princess do you identify with the most? Or, if not a prince or princess, which character?
I would say I identify most with Belle…kind of nerdy “with her nose stuck in a book,” sticks to her ideals and principles even if they aren’t popular, loyal to those she cares about, not too concerned with social status or looks (hers or others’), and very protective of her family.
January 10, 2018 at 2:57 pm #62252This is a really tough question…
I’m going to say Mickey. Smart, loyal to friends, and a leader. I try to be silly like
and I can get a little infuriated like
, but overall I’d say Mickey.
January 10, 2018 at 3:48 pm #62263Hmmm… I guess I would say Moana
She believes she has a calling to do a certain thing and her parents always want to talk her out of it and have her follow the plans they have for her instead. I always had dreams of what I wanted to do and my parents always talked me out of it to go along with their plan. Moana struggles to find the balance between showing love and respect for her family but also doing what’s right for her and what makes her happy. So I would say I identify most with her.

The simple bare necessities
Forget about your worries and your strifeJanuary 10, 2018 at 4:45 pm #62272January 11, 2018 at 7:48 am #62304Actually, Stitch is more like me than Mickey is
January 11, 2018 at 7:51 am #62305While I would LOVE to say Poca
, I don’t think she is like me other than we share the same heritage.
I think that I most identify with Anna
because she’s a big dork, goofball, and genuinely happy go-lucky girl!

because she’s funny and clumsy and means well, even if she messes up sometimes. But I wish I had more traits of Tiana. I admire her hardworking mentality and to work as hard as she has to, to get what she wants

! A joyful spirit with lots of energy that you put toward caring for your friends and loved ones, with just a hint of a mischievous side! But I also see a little bit of Mickey in you in the leadership and loyalty you display, and a little of Jiminy Cricket in the way that you’re always a voice of reason and provide guidance, advice, and support to the people you care about
